
Auction PIP Hour Requirements:
- Each family is required to complete 5 PIP hours related to the auction.
- PIP hours can be earned by donating auction items ($40 donated = 1 PIP hour).
- Any auction PIP hours earned beyond the required 5 hours will count toward the 20 total PIP hours required for the school year.
- Drop off your approved donation by 1/16/26 and receive a 1 FREE PIP Hour
3 Easy Steps to Donating

Solicit donations from local businesses/restaurants, employers, or family members who have access to donations. Many restaurants will donate if you just ask! Click Here to Print Official Request Letter

STEP 2: GATHER ITEMS, PRINT & COMPLETE ACQUISITION FORM Click Here to Print Acquisition Form
Gather your items and fill out form completely to ensure your PIP hours are credited accordingly.
Please note the following regarding Basket Sign-ups:
- Baskets can be assembled. Feel free to be creative with your container.
- If you do not have a container/basket, please ensure all items are in one bag/box at drop off.
- Baskets will be shrink wrapped by auction team and may be modified as needed.
STEP 3: DROP OFF DURING TIMESLOTS BELOW

Afternoon/Evening Drop Off
- January 14 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Wednesday)
- January 15 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Thursday)
Morning Drop Off
- January 16 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM (Friday)
- January 21 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Wednesday)
- January 23 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Friday)
All donations must be received by Friday, January 23!
